Friday, March 16, 2012, 9:38 AM ETAtlas Resource Partners (ARP +15.2%) says it will purchase Barnett Shale properties from Carrizo Oil & Gas (CRZO +2.3%) for ~$190M in cash. ARP also raises its distribution forecast for H2 2012 to $0.85-$0.90 per limited partner unit, up from its previous outlook of $0.80.
