The company expects FQ2 revenue of $1.09B-$1.14B and EPS of $0.57-$0.61, in-line with a consensus of $1.1B and $0.60. Taking into account its $400M acquisition of Efficient Frontier, Adobe expects FY12 revenue growth of 6%-8% and EPS of $2.38-$2.48, compared with a consensus of 4.7% growth and $2.42.
