    With U.S. and E.U. approval in the bag (I, II), Google's (GOOG) acquisition of Motorola Mobility (MMI) is being held up by Chinese antitrust regulators, Motorola discloses in an 8-K. Nonetheless, Google and Motorola express confidence the deal will close in 1H12. Chinese regulators have become more assertive in vetting M&A deals involving foreign companies, as evidenced by the close scrutiny they gave to Seagate and Western Digital's recent purchases.
