  • When a company acquiring other firms means they are running out of ideas themselves how to innovate further. Thiis is not a growth company! Sell sell sell

  • sorry, in this industry, not so, there are so many good game writers and good games, buying others allows you to aggregate more game writers as well as add revenue with existing games, if the industry were 10 years old you would be correct, this is a relatively new industry and aggregation will be key, but price is even more important

  • Will see how well this new company assimilate with ZNGA? Most good writers will resign and join some other firms.

  • Before the deal was signed Zynga got signed employment agreements with the talent they most wanted to keep. The agreements are for 1-3 years and pay the writers very well in both cash & stock, the ones who were not offered employment contracts are expected to leave, you are correct about that
