    Dell (DELL) is partnering with startup Morphlabs to offer a private cloud infrastructure solution that relies on solid-state drives (SSDs) for storage. Netflix and others have argued SSDs are necessary to keep up with the performance needs of cloud environments. Fusion-io (FIO), OCZ, and STEC are among the enterprise flash memory vendors hoping to benefit.

    I recently purchased stock in FIO and I think they ought to have a good run since they have so many of the large cloud computing vendors and their products give great price performance.
    They are early to leverage what is happening in tech these days. The second trend is software on wireless platforms. That ought to have a very good run for the next 5-10 years.
