Oclaro will be issuing 0.42 shares of its stock for every Opnext share outstanding. Many have speculated the optical component market is ripe for consolidation. OCLR +2.2% AH. OPXT halted. FNSR +0.9%. NPTN and JDSU could also see volatility.
