Trade group AAP estimates U.S. sales of children and young adult e-books hit 22.6M in January, up over 5x Y/Y. Adult e-book sales rose 49% over this time to 99.5M. Publishers such as PSO, SCHL, and MHP can't complain about any cannibalization of traditional books that's occurring, not with overall trade sales rising 27% Y/Y.
