    FOMC minutes: There was less interest in another round of bond buys at the March 13 meeting, with only a couple members suggesting more easing could become necessary if the economy lost momentum. Members thought the economy was a "bit stronger" but not in a meaningful way. After the more hawkish tone, stocks slide: Dow -0.7%, S&P -0.7%, Nasdaq -0.4%.

  • The general tone was tenative, when AAPL starts down between here and $700 the opera ends for the summer. Then we will see how brave the Fed is.

  • Do Not underestimate the Bernank the mad dollar printing diluter. They are trying to knock the wind out of commodity prices before they revvv up the presses again. They know $4-$5 gas will put a real hurt on consumers and global economy.
