The social networking behemoth, which controls over a quarter of the web's referral traffic and roughly 1/6 of U.S. Internet usage, has provided a major traffic boost to video sites leveraging its Open Graph social sharing tools. In addition, Vevo has seen a 3x increase in daily registrations since requiring Facebook logins. Legal issues prevent Netflix (NFLX) from joining in on the fun, at least in the U.S. (also)
