    Dow Chemical (DOW) says its Board of Directors has declared a 28% increase in its Q2 dividend, from $0.25 per share to $0.32 per share.

    Looks like they are one track to try and reach the 0.42 cents per share back in 2008. With current increases, they should hit that target around April of next year.
