Friday, April 13, 2012, 8:15 AM ETCheniere Energy (LNG) +4.7% premarket on reports it is set to hold a near-monopoly on U.S. exports of liquid natural gas if a Louisiana plant gets approved. The U.S. government may decide as soon as next week on LNG’s request to build the $10B plant that would be the largest in the U.S. to liquefy gas and load it onto ocean-going tankers.
