    Chinese portal NetEase provides yet another rumor about the pending arrival of an iPad (AAPL) with a 7.85-inch display. According to NetEase, a 7.85-inch iPad will arrive around Q3 and will sell in the $249-$299 range (the cheapest iPad currently goes for $399), with 6M units available at launch time.
