Thursday, April 19, 2012, 8:30 AM ETCVR Energy (CVI) +8% premarket after signing a deal with investor Carl Icahn that would allow him to complete his $30/share tender offer if he obtains a majority of the shares. CVR says it initiated talks with Icahn because of the support investors had shown for his bid, but it still believes CVR is worth more than $30/share.
