An ITC ruling on whether Apple (AAPL) violated four Motorola patents has been delayed by a day. Unlike most other Android OEMs, Motorola has chosen to fight Microsoft's attempts to extract a large royalty on its Android shipments, leveraging its huge patent portfolio.
