Tuesday, April 24, 2012, 1:51 PM ETT-Mobile (DTEGY.PK) questions Verizon Wireless' (VZ, VOD) claim that it needs the spectrum it plans to acquire from cable companies, noting in an FCC brief (.pdf) Verizon isn't fully utilizing the spectrum it already owns. The carrier also joins others in arguing the spectrum Verizon has offered to sell is of little value. Sprint, DirecTV, and some Congressmen are also opposed to Verizon's spectrum purchases.
