    Regardless of who wins the November election, Pres. Obama has left a legacy with his Fed appointments that will last at least two decades. The Fed had an unusually high number of vacancies during Obama's first term, so he will have either appointed or reappointed each of the seven members of the Board of Governors, including Ben Bernanke, by the end of 2012.
