Why when earnings look good does a stock like this get killed. Guess I should get out of the market because none of its makes any sense???? Comments????

Last time it reported it was up 10% then down 10% and close about neutral. I would use $19.50 as an add point and $19.00 as a get out point. Also above $22.00 would be a standard breakout from a cup with handle. The base looks good so my bias would be to the upside.
