Here we've got a stock that is tied to the building and
upgrades to our housing inventory and it beats eps by 2cents
and revenue by 80 million dollars.... so how does the
market react to the 'good' news, it shorts the stock.

Strange reaction from the market. All this better-than-expected news and the stock drops. People must see some restrictive issues either in the upside due to the new organization as an REIT or there is something in the balance sheet or cash flow that is unclear. Current yields appear in line with low risk securities so I guess we will have to see what plays out. All in all looks like the management team did a pretty good job.
