Monday, April 30, 2012, 9:39 AM ETOPEC output reaches its highest since 2008 as extra crude from Iraq, Saudi Arabia and Libya more than compensated for the lowest Iranian supply in two decades, a Reuters survey says. OPEC supply averaged 31.75M bpd in April, up from 31.32M in March; the biggest increase came from Iraq, where production topped 3M bpd, nearly equaling Iran's output.
