    A pension fund representing Brockton, MA workers is suing Google (GOOG) over its proposed "stock split," which will create a new class of non-voting shares and guarantee Larry Page, Sergey Brin, and Eric Schmidt's future control of the company. The split has already become the target of much criticism.
