Spanish April manufacturing PMI drops to 43.5 from 44.5 previously, hitting the lowest level since June 2009. Production fell at its fastest pace of the year, a ghostly 41.7, and prices paid remained north of 50, while output prices declined for the 9th straight month - a lovely mix. Madrid leads the decline in Europe, -2.5%.
