  • In May you were so damn sick you were unconscious. In June you are able to get up and go to the bathroom by yourself. But you aren't getting better or recovering, because last June you could run the 100 meter dash in 11.3 seconds. BS. And that's Bear sh*t and not Bull sh*t!

  • This article is a step in the right direction, but it is still too tame and clueless. U.S. home-builders have been building AT LEAST 50% more homes than they sell EVERY MONTH for nearly two years (see seekingalpha.com/insta...).

    Yet "inventories have declined" since January 2008? Obvious nonsense!

  • Going from 1 to 2 is a 100% improvement. Does not mean its better when your break even point is 10.
