Likely weighing on shares was the company's announcement it plans a debt offering of undisclosed size. The offering comes as investors speculate whether Dish's plans to build a 4G network amount to a bluff. Also of note: Dish defends its threat to yank AMC Networks' (AMCX) channels by arguing AMC's streaming licensing deals devalue its content.
