If "John Carter" dragged down Disney this quarter, I can't wait to see what "The Avengers" does for the upcoming quarter. ESPN revenues certainly offset losses in other areas, in my opinion.
New head of movie production should be more cautious following the "retirement" of the last in charge "John Carter" cost him his job and hopefully sent a message.
Stance on production of "The Lone Ranger" is a good sign, in my opinion.
So much to the Disney conglomerate to like. It may finally be time to break out and move higher.
Lesson learned, indeed. If only they would have learned with Euro-Disney :)

But they have told the producers of "The Lone Ranger" to cut 100M or they stop production lol...lessons learned. Don't dump money into a sketchy idea.
