    China's sovereign wealth fund - earlier disclosing it had stopped investing in European debt (truth is, it was never a serious buyer of the paper) - is interested in moving capital into emerging economies. "We have patience and we don't mind turbulence ... it's a natural shift," says CIO Gao Xiqing.
