SaaS revenue contributed 90% of total revenue, in comparison to 79% for Q1 2011. License and managed services revenue fell to 3% and 7%, respectively, versus 9% and 12% in Q1 2011. The company also boosts Q2 and FY12 guidance, now expecting to see Q2 revenue of $55M - $59M. Street estimates are for $54M. Shares +4.6% AH.
