    The E.U. will make a final ruling on June 27 regarding a $1.1B fine levied on Microsoft (MSFT) in '08 for failing to comply with an order to share information about its server OS products to guarantee networking software interoperability, and release a version of Windows that doesn't feature Windows Media Player. The ruling could have implications for Intel's (INTC) attempts to overturn a $1.33B fine levied in '09.
