Tuesday, May 29, 2012, 9:54 AM ETEndo Health (ENDP +4.8%) settles two patent lawsuits with Watson Pharmaceuticals (WPI +1.8%) that will allow the latter to launch a generic version of Lidoderm, Endo's $1B+ pain-relieving patch, from September 2013, pending FDA approval. Watson will pay Endo a quarter of the gross profit as royalty.
