Nuance (NASDAQ:NUAN) claims over 10K developers have joined its mobile developer program, which seeks to enable apps leveraging Nuance's Dragon voice recognition software, since the program's 2011 launch. The developer outreach comes as Nuance, whose technology powers Apple's Siri, steps up its mobile M&A efforts: it bought mobile input technology firm Swype in October, and voice assistant software firm Vlingo in December.
