Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker easily wins his state's recall vote, which followed his curtailing of public workers' union rights. Walker's victory will now give impetus to some of the 30 other states that may want to follow his lead as they seek to rein in budgets. A "game changer" is what Michigan state representative Mike Shirkey calls it.
