Clean Energy Fuels (CLNE) +6% premarket after Northland Securities upgrades shares to Outperform from Market Perform with a $20 target price. The firm says fleet demand is substantial and growing, and the macro environment has become increasingly positive for the use of CNG/LNG. Shares spiked 7.2% yesterday amid the Caterpillar-Westport natural gas deal.

I view CLNE as highly speculative, no earnings, oil man managers selling at any price, very, very little buying. I need price of 8or 9 to come back in. I sold at 22.50 Take it easy. CLNE will go lower or don't buy, let it go.
