Akamai, which received only 1% of its 2011 revenue from Netflix, notes Netflix will need to make large investments in both software and infrastructure to produce an effective CDN. Dan Rayburn argues Netflix's move is actually a positive for Limelight and Level 3 (LVLT), given the low margins attached to Netflix sales. (also)
