Friday, June 8, 2012, 10:25 AM ETAnadarko (APC -1%) investors appear to have priced in ~$2B for a possible settlement or penalty stemming from the $25B lawsuit against APC's Kerr-McGee unit. Based on its June 7 $63.20 close, the stock is underperforming peers by ~$4.16/share, Jeffrey Campbell calculates, adding he wouldn't recommend investors "jumping in front of the litigation bus" in search of a bargain.
