Monday, June 11, 2012, 9:51 AM ETMellanox (MLNX +7%) jumps after announcing its InfiniBand adapter chips will be used by Intel (INTC) in server motherboards and I/O expansion modules supporting the company's Romley server CPU platform. The deal follows a recent design win with H-P, and comes a few month after Mellanox shares slumped on fears Intel's acquisition of QLogic's InfiniBand business would create new competition. (PR)
