    Aetna (AET -1.8%) CEO Mark Bertolini says the relationship between health insurers and providers has to change, with each side doing what they do best. And if they can worth together, "we'll do far more in reducing health-care costs than anything the Affordable Care Act would do,"  Bertolini tells the WSJ.

    I disagree. The system and control over soaring prices will only improve when the patient is directly involved and has the freedom and control to shop for health insurance in an open, competitive and free market. Abolish all the inter state controls. How many care if they know that insurance will pay - they dont. How many insurers play games delaying payment and nickel and diming providers. The providers crank the charges because they know the insurers plays games. It is a vicious cycle.
    Patients have little or no input over the charges or the value.
