    GenOn Energy (GEN -2.1%) is upgraded to Neutral from Sell at UBS, which notes shares have dramatically lagged peers Calpine (CPN) and NRG. The firm believes much of the weakness may be tied to underwhelming capacity results from May's 2015-16 auction, and forthcoming petitions filed by generators could yet support shares.
