    Facebook (FB) plans to launch an ad bidding system that delivers ads based on user activity on third-party sites. The move risks upsetting privacy advocates, especially since users can only opt out an advertiser-by-advertiser basis. However, the ads could also improve both Facebook's low ad click rate, and the average price it charges for those clicks. (yesterday)
