Money managers and major banks are discussing the possible creation of a stock-market equivalent for corporate bonds, with sources saying the parties are interested in setting up a centralized electronic market where all participants could trade bonds freely with one another. The discussions, still in an early stage, highlight the concern over regulatory shifts that some fear will make bond trading more expensive.

It's not a great strategy, it's a horrible strategy. He's replacing moderate risk with high risk, and then being amazed when it outperforms in the short run.

Shaun, the fact that this clueless poster even has clients is shocking. His statement proves that he doesn't have the first idea about prudent investing. Really sad. But I'm sure he thinks anything is prudent if it happens to not blow up in the short run.
