    Online poker will be legal. That's the word from Caesars CEO Gary Loveman who pitches the case (video) that it's the least contentious form of gambling due to its reliance on skill. The ace in the hole for the industry is the irresistible pull of the billions of dollars that could be added to the coffers of state governments and the U.S. Treasury - instead of letting offshore entities control the flow of poker funds.     casinos market caps already high and a bit too big for me. LVS was fun from $3 - $50 but the casinos dont have what ZNGA and other social gaming networks have. millions of subscribers...the casinos certainly dont have patents on the tech for online gaming either.

    ZNGA is by far my best bet.

    People will lose millions....and those people have nothing...sad that gambling is one of our governments biggest revenue generators...

    ZNGA, most likely will not be part of the online poker real money play. Gaming licenses to operate poker sites will be restricted and limited, which will be offered to your main existing gaming corporations. Your play will be with the casino stock up and running with an already name branded sight ( party poker, world series of poker, etc.)

    good call, would still be win-win for ZNGA. they are big enough to pull strings. ZNGA owns the most mobile poker users if im not mistaken.
