Friday, June 15, 2012, 4:47 PM ETValeant Pharmaceuticals (VRX) is acquiring oral health products maker OraPharma from P-E firm Water Street Healthcare for $312M + up to $114M in potential milestone payments. OraPharma sells Arestin, an antibiotic that treats periodontitis, and also re-sells certain Johnson & Johnson products. The deal is expected to close this month, and be slightly accretive to Valeant's 2012 EPS.
