Mike Bell, the head of Intel's (INTC) mobile processor efforts, talks a tough game regarding his company's ability to compete with incumbents selling processors featuring ARM (ARMH) CPU cores. In addition to pointing to benchmarks that show phones running on Intel's Medfield processors to be competitive with rivals, Bell argues Intel's manufacturing resources (most rivals rely on foundries such as TSM) and focus on high-end multimedia features will give it an edge.
