Greece's New Democracy party is attempting to form a coalition after winning 129 seats in the 300-seat parliament, although the socialist Pasok group hasn't decided whether to join a government or just offer parliamentary support. Together, the two broadly pro-bailout parties hold 162 seats, providing a relatively comfortable majority of 24.

  • This is great news as long as the neo-Nazi's aren't included. I am still stunned that in both elections Golden Dawn got around 7%, especially after the vicious attack on tv. I really wish people would evolve past racism and denigrating statements. Occupy Wall Street hasn't helped in the US, many of their members blame the Jews for the financial crisis and have fueled hatred. It is so disgraceful in our society that there can still be this sort of behavior.
