Tuesday, June 19, 2012, 11:32 AM ETNokia (NOK +1.4%) receives an upgrade to Buy from Avian; the firm expects the arrival of Windows Phone 8 and its rich feature set to give the company a lift, and (like others) thinks Windows 8 could provide a "halo effect" for Windows Phone. Avian claims Nokia will release two high-end WP8 models in Q4 - both will feature dual-core Qualcomm (QCOM) processors, and at least one will have an HD display and PureView imaging technology. Less costly models are due in Q1.

Yes. It's about time that the investment world should set doubts aside about Nokia and focus on what it is doing and how it is performing in the next few months when it starts to release its next version of Lumia 900 Apollo which runs on Window 8OS with pre-loaded Skype, Nokia Maps with 3D navigation and traffic updates, advanced camera, and support for latest generation display, multi-core processor, micro SD cards, and NFC for mobile payments. It will also release its tablet with phone capabilities.
Nokia is also developing a new technology called Superhydrophobic, which is able to repel water in its new series of Lumia and Pureview smartphones. By making these devices waterproof, wireless users will be able to use their phones in the rain as well as a prolonged phone life.
Nokia's Pureview 808 smartphones equipped with 41 megapixel camera are coming to North America. In my opinion, with all these great efforts to try to gain market shares from Android and iPhones, Nokia is deserved a lift from the investment world.

Unless I'm very much mistaken this is a couple of years *at least* ahead of any other camera phone on the market.
I personally don't think there will be a PureView windows phone released this year, it took them 3 years to get the 808 out and there hasn't been enough time.
