The decline, which follows a modest drop in April, is the latest evidence Facebook's domestic usage is near a saturation point, though international usage (less valuable on average) continues to grow rapidly. Separately, Argus is joining Evercore in starting coverage with a Hold, and expressing concerns about mobile monetization.
