    General Motors (GM) hires another 1.5K workers at its auto plant in St. Petersburg, Russia, as it stays on an aggressive growth plan in the country with Chevrolet running as the third most popular brand this year with consumers. The automaker says the expanded plant will have the capacity to produce 230K vehicles, up from a previous level of 98K.
