Friday, June 22, 2012, 3:28 PM ETIHS (IHS +5.2%) says its largest stakeholder's upsized offering of 8.7M shares of its stock priced at $100, a 1.8% discount to their Thursday closing price. Analysts say shares were up because the sale should improve liquidity of the stock and the sale was already factored in when it was unveiled Monday.
