    Facebook (FB) has added COO Sheryl Sandberg, widely considered to be the second-most-powerful person at the company, to its board of directors. Sandberg's appointment follows reports Facebook is looking to add more board members, including at least one woman.

    a super Harvard commencement address. Way
    better than Andrea Jung on the board of Apple.
    The logical choice we think. Buying in August
    after lock up.
