Monday, June 25, 2012, 4:55 PM ETCoinstar (CSTR) -5.2% AH after announcing it has closed its purchase of NCR's DVD-kiosk business, and predicting the deal will reduce 2012 EPS by $0.40-$0.50, as the company swaps out NCR's Blockbuster kiosks with Redbox kiosks. The acquisition will also increase 2012 capex by $40M-$45M, though Coinstar promises it will become accretive in 2013. (PR)
