    LED industry rivals Cree (CREE) and SemiLEDs (LEDS) have agreed to settle their patent infringement suits against each other. The settlement is in Cree's favor: SemiLEDs has agreed to an injunction effective Oct. 1 that will prohibit the U.S. import and sale of SemiLEDs products deemed by Cree to be infringing on its patents, and has "made a one-time payment to Cree for past damages."

    Well that took too long, but now that its settled, should be very positive for CREE. Need to know what settlement cash amounts and terms were speifically, but this reaffirms my positive view of CREE's prospects.
