Nokia decision to support Windows Phone probably the most logical move but Microsoft/Nokia fail on marketing.

Your instincts were correct...just think if you followed them, dumped RIMM and went long AAPL...don't do the calculations or it may make you want to cry...
With Lumia, the phone may be a lot better than the company or the stock...
